Individual
dynamic assessment of learning potential of children
and young adults is provided at the request of families,
schools and other educational institutions. The
assessment includes dynamic evaluation of perception,
sensory-motor skills, memory, attention, logical
reasoning and problem solving, as well as speech
and communication skills. When relevant the evaluation
of academic skills, such as reading comprehension,
writing and mathematical reasoning is also included.
A detailed individual report is prepared and discussed
with parents and teachers. The assessment results
help to discover the true learning potential of
the child often obscured by the low level of standard
test performance. The report can be used for decisions
regarding the child’s educational placement,
the nature and intensity of required remedial teaching,
preparation of individual learning plans and monitoring
the child’s progress.
